Fit for Life Program

With countless sources of information out there about different diets and workouts, it can be difficult to know what’s going to be best for you. Working with me, we will create a bespoke exercise program for you so that you feel confident you’re doing everything your body needs to feel better than ever, not just during the program, but for years into the future.

My coaching style is focused on helping you reach fitness based goals rather than aesthetic ones, which are much more powerful when it comes to creating a sustainable, healthy lifestyle to serve you your whole life. 

I know you want to be feeling your fittest, strongest and most energetic, and that’s what I’m going to help you achieve over your 3 month program.

I don’t prescribe or encourage ‘dieting’, but I can help with giving you information on which foods will be helpful in nourishing your body during training and for sustaining a functional body way after the program ends.

Are you ready to take the first step to make a change for the better?

We will work together for 3 months, either once a month, or one or two times a week. I cover from Exmouth to Teignmouth, and everywhere in between! We can work in the comfort of your own home or garden, outside, or if you’re local, I also operate out of a gym on the Coast View Holiday Park site in Shaldon.
