Introduction to Yoga Course

Wednesday evenings at 7:30pm at All Saints Church, commencing 12th September 2018

Have you been interested in the idea of Yoga, yet have no idea where to start? This is the course for you! A comprehensive 6 week course in which you will gain valuable knowledge of the practice. By the end of the course, you will have learned the correct form and alignment for a wide range of yoga poses, thus ensuring you will feel confident to walk into any future class which takes your interest. Not only this, but we will cover a small amount of the fascinating history of yoga, talk about the different styles and learn relaxation and meditation techniques which you can use both on and off the yoga mat!

If you’d like to improve wellbeing, reduce stress, improve sleep, increase happiness, flexibility and mobility, then don’t hesitate to get in touch!

Course members will also get special rates on class passes, so you can enjoy future classes with me at a discounted rate!

Hatha Yoga

Friday evenings at 6:30pm at Gorfin Hall, commencing 7th September 2018.

Come along to this exciting new class, whatever your age or ability, in order to improve your physical & mental wellbeing, strength & flexibility and feel relaxed and rejuvenated as you head into the weekend!

First class half price

Class price: £8, or Class Pass.
